Payable When Able? is a registered trade mark of JK Paradise Pty Ltd and is a convenient and secure saving method designed for saving for Spa Holidays on the web. JK Paradise will issue a monthly saving statement the moment you save your money to us. To enhance your convenience, security and buying power, JK PARADISE approves and monitors each transaction and we provide you with privilege discounts and values on the select packages.
This program is available for Spa Holidays only. Fantastic Tours, Budget Stays, Hotel Promotions, Hotel Reservation and Paradise Shopping are only on a request basis.
A minimal subcription of US$49.90 is required at the time you register for the program. You may select any amount you feel right. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% charge unless you send us a bank draft to our address OR you may issue a standing instruction to your bank to send us your savings to our account.
You may choose your Spa Holiday anytime. Credits are only refundable by Spa Holidays as we are not a credit institution. You have to pay the difference before your travel if your saving amount is short according to the Spa Holiday you choose. You may request your saving statement and Spa Holidays packages from us anytime.
As you establish a good saving amount with us, you will have greater chances of being approved for special gifts.
Terms: Your program is effective for life following your first saving transaction date. NO RENEWAL is needed. We will not refund in cash If you wish to cancel the program as we are not a financial institution. You may choose any Spa Holidays and you need to pay the difference if the saving stipulated in our monthly saving statement is not sufficient. A written notification and reminder will be send to you ten (10) days prior to your traveling date. All Spa Holidays taken will be recorded in your monthly saving statement. We reserve the right for each new program approval.
Your program shall remain valid so long as a minimum of USD$49.90 has been credited annually. Incorrect or misleading information which results in JK PARADISE denying vacation financing will cause a forfeiture of any credit refunds.
Enrollment Fees: WAIVED AT THIS MOMENT: The membership annual fee of only USD$50.00 can be paid in payments as indicated on the order form or voice recorded via a telephone transaction and will be charged to the checking account you provided. Should you wish to cancel within 30 days you may contact us.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel within 30 days if you have not booked ANY Spa Holidays and we stop all future Spa Holidays and your program at anytime. If you cancel any Spa Holidays you have booked during this program, we will not guarantee any refund from the resorts and spa operators. Emails are accepted as a valid form of cancellation.
No refunds by cash as mentioned above. You may unsubscibe.
Amount of Savings: This saving program agreement is extended to the member has no limit at any given time. The amount of Credit issued is based on your savings paid online and listed in our materials and calculating the remaining balance after payment of any Spa Holidays or reservation deposit.
The Credit limit is intended to be used like a normal credit for Spa Holidays. The credit limit allows a member to make payments on any vacation sold on JK Paradise and then using the remaining balance for financing on additional vacations in future.
Documentation Requirements : We will send you this agreement and the requirement after your initial deposit. This program request all members required to provide to our finance department the following documentation for Identity requested when you contribute to your savings.
1.Name for verification purposes only.
2.Drivers license or identification card number.
3.Your current address.
4.Your active email address.
Our finance department reserves the right to require the submittal of any additional forms of identification and or residential and employment documentation not stated here that it deems necessary to satisfy the above stated requirements. If the documentation sent by you fails to satisfy these requirements to our satisfaction we reserve the right to refuse financing to anyone at anytime. The above requirements are meant to protect you the member and us against Identity theft and fraud.
A separate Installment Agreement will be mailed to you upon receipt of your initial deposit that will require your signature along with other documentation request. Your travel request will not be booked until the Saving Agreement is returned to our address.
CONSUMER CONSENT. By checking the "I agree to have the Terms and Conditions presented electronically", which I hereby adopt as my electronic signature, I consent and agree that:
You can provide disclosures required by law and other information about my legal rights and duties to me electronically.
My electronic signature on agreements and documents has the same effect as if I signed them in ink.
You can send important communications and disclosures to me electronically to the email address that I have provided to the Merchant in this transaction or to another email address that I provide to you for that purpose.
USAGE: of the member financing is only for the member listed on the program card. You agree that you will use JK PARADISE only for your own behalf and for the members of your immediate family who are residing in your household.
JK PARADISE allows only one program per person. However you may bring your guests with unlimited number of itineraries are available for departure per day each year. Contact us and providing alternate travel dates will help us confirm your selected Spa Holiday.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY: JK PARADISE shall have no liability in regard to any services provided by any vendor. You agree that any claim with regard to travel services shall be made against the vendor of such services and not JK PARADISE; JK PARADISE's sole obligation hereunder shall be to forward to the vendor all payments for services ordered and forward to you all the necessary travel documents. The hotels, carriers and other travel providers which supply services in connection with these vacations are independent contractors and are not agents of JK PARADISE.
All coupons, receipts, passes, and tickets issued by hotels, carriers and other suppliers are issued on the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. JK PARADISE does not have the authority to alter those terms. JK PARADISE is not responsible for personal injuries, loss or damage of property, inconvenience or expense resulting from matters beyond its control, such as, acts of terrorism, defects in vehicles, breakdowns in equipment, government actions, strikes, theft, changes in itinerary or schedules, inclement weather and acts of God.
JK PARADISE may, in its sole judgment, make any changes and cancellations to vacation programs and schedules that it believes necessary. Individual programs and travel benefits within the JK PARADISE program may be subject to separate terms and conditions and may be altered or substituted with products or services of equal or better value without prior notice to a member.
