I want to thank you and your tour guides and drivers for a wonderful
spa holiday in Bali last week. Even though our flight was very late,
We were met at the airport as you promised and your agent took care
to see that our luggage was delivered to our hotel room within an
hour! Thanks for the surprise supper too, the 'satay and noodles'
was excellent.
The hotel was better than any 4 or 5 star hotel anywhere. Their spa
treatment and food was excellent. Your tour guide and driver were
excellent and very attentive to my every need. I especially
appreciated that your staff Ms.Harti called on me to ensure that I
was happy with my spa holiday in Ubud. We are very happy not to take
a 'normal' tour but instead try a great Spa Holiday as adviced!

Thanks for the opportunity to evaluate our tour. Both my wife and I
had a very enjoyable visit to Langkawi and we had a great spa
holiday and tour. The driver, Mr. Yeoh and our guide Albert were
both excellent. They were courteous, helpful, informative, and fun
to be with. We truly enjoyed the whole experience and would gladly
recommend your service to any friends visiting Malaysia. We are glad
to take your advice to drop by in Kuala Lumpur for one night
shopping - Thanks to your KL Bintan Utama shopping map! We love it,
esspecially the taxi fare indicators and timing.
My only complaint was that our hotel room was very warm and stuffy.
We were not able to adjust the thermostat, but this was a small
problem that is no reflection on your service. Thanks again for a
wonderful experience.
